Donald J. Green, Esq., has been involved in over 77 civil and criminal jury trials in California and Nevada in nearly 40 years of law practice.

 

Mr. Green was the successful defense lawyer in a 2023 five-week  federal criminal jury trial in which his client in the cases was found NOT GUILTY on all counts.

 

In January 2023, Mr. Green was the featured criminal defense lawyer in the Oxygen Channel national presentation in the episode "CALIFORNA CRASH." This episode was part of the series "ACCIDENT, SUICIDE, OR MURDER." 

His defense in a 1991 four-month murder trial in California was documented on December 12, 2015, & rebroadcast in October 2018, in the television presentation "A Checklist for Murder" on the Investigation Discovery Channel.
